Rental Terms and Conditions
Cancellations of 60 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds
Cancellations of 59 days or less no refunds unless the property is rented again
All reservations are based upon availability at the time of booking
All weekly summer rentals will start on Friday, check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is the following Friday promptly at 10:00am. Please adhere to these hours!
